2X qRT-PCR Mixes are optimized ready-to-use solutions for real-time quantitative RT-PCR assays with all the components necessary to perform qRT-PCR: M-MLV RTase, Hot Start Taq Polymerase, dNTP, MgCl2 and fluorescent dye. The user simply needs to add water, template and primers.The convenient 2x qRT-PCR mix format reduces pipetting steps, increasing throughput and reproducibility, while reducing the risk of contamination.
